This week, arts and culture journalists John Semley and Tina Hassannia join guest host Rollie Pemberton to discuss reports that a relatively unknown actor named Lashana Lynch — a black woman — has been cast as 007 in the next James Bond film.
The decision is being celebrated as a big step in the right direction for representation in Hollywood, but there's a catch: Lynch is not the new James Bond, she's a separate character and she'll star alongside Daniel Craig in the film. The q screen panel breaks it all down.
